Stuart Nolan is an expert criminal defence solicitor.

Based in our Bootle office, he will consider instructions in all areas of criminal law, but especially cases involving 'white collar' corporate and business fraud, income tax fraud, credit card fraud and identity fraud. Mr. Nolan represents clients nationwide.

He has substantial trial experience (including Court of Appeal and House of Lords).

Chambers and Partners 2009 guide describe him as “a real talent and a fantastic operator”. The 2010 edition has him described as 'the creme de la creme' when it comes to complex matters.

Stuart Nolan is a regular contributor and lecturer to the Crime-line lecture programme, among others. He also provides educational content and legal training to government organisations.
