Jeremy Coleman is a criminal defence solicitor and is the Partner in charge of our office in Nelson, Lancashire.

He represents clients nationwide in serious fraud matters involving VAT and tax fraud, corporate fraud and matters involving professionals.

Jeremy has a growing following of people accused of benefit fraud and will fight tooth and nail to ensure their interests are protected.

He has established links with community based advice agencies and recently advised the Leicester Welfare Right Team on how to advise people facing prosecution as a result of overpaid benefit.

In addition to his legal work he has established and continues to grow the Nelson, Lancashire office with the assistance of his colleagues, including Afzal Anwar, barrister.

He accepts instructions as a legal aid solicitor and on a private client basis.
