If you instruct us before 31st May 2010 to deal with your freehold residential conveyancing transaction in England & Wales (sale or purchase worth up to £250,000) our legal fees (excluding disbursements) will be only £399 + VAT with no hidden charges.

We are happy to provided detailed estimates for properties where the sale or purchase price is above £250,000 or if the property is Leasehold properties on application.

As you may be aware, the government has suspended Home Information Packs. However, you will still need to have commissioned an Energy Performance Certificate before you put your property on the market.

If you already have an Energy Performance Certificate and would like us to examine it for you free of charge please provide us with the address of the property and where the EPC can be obtained.
