David Phillips and Partners is a solicitors’ firm providing legal advice online, by phone and in person. We deal with legal cases throughout England and Wales and have offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Bootle, Leicester, Romford, Nelson, Woolwich, Tower Hamlets (London) Notting Hill and Harrow.

David Phillips and Partners was founded by David Phillips in 1982. From humble beginnings at 268 Stanley Road, Bootle (an office still used today), the firm has grown to forteen offices nationwide, employing nearly 100 staff, and providing a truly nationwide service throughout England and Wales. We will see you, for free and normally without appointment, for an initial half hour meeting. Alternatively, we encourage people to call or e-mail us, as we don’t always need to meet face-to-face to act on your behalf.
